📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • In unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • With all tags attached

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming your return status

  • If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable


🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Do not return items without contacting us first – unauthorized returns may not be processed
